Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CrowdTime ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree on behalf of that organization.
2. Description of Service
CrowdTime is an AI-powered time tracking and invoicing platform available via web application, command-line interface (CLI), and REST API. The Service is provided by IT Crowd.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API tokens. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you submit to CrowdTime. We use your data solely to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.
6. AI Features
CrowdTime uses AI to parse time entries and generate summaries. AI-generated content is provided as-is and should be reviewed for accuracy. You are responsible for the accuracy of time entries logged to your account.
7. Pricing & Payment
Free plan features are available at no cost. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are available within 14 days of payment for annual plans.
8. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable advance notice. Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees as specified in your agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrowdTime and IT Crowd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IT Crowd operates.
